Under acid condition, has antistatic, antimicrobial capabilities. Good compatibility. Resistance to hard water. Mild surfactant. Suitable for preparation of “non-sulfate” formula.

Note    (1), Can be used in children cleaning products.

Synthesis

Obtained that myristoyl chloride reacts with glutamic acid and sodium hydroxide.
